CBSE Class 12 result 2024: The Central Board of Secondary Education, or CBSE, has announced the Class 12 Result 2024. All candidates can go to the official websites, cbse.gov.in, to view their CBSE Board Result 2024.
Class 12 examinations were held across the country from February 15 to April 2, 2024, while the Class 10 board exams were administered by CBSE from February 15 to March 13, 2024. On all scheduled days, exams for both classes were given in a single shift from 10:30 am to 1:30 pm.
Roughly 39 lakh applicants registered for the CBSE Board exams in both classes this year.
CBSE Class 12 Result 2024: Pass Percentage Climbs!
This year’s CBSE Class 12 results show a positive trend with a pass percentage of 87.98%, marking a 0.65% increase from 2023’s 87.33%. This improvement is attributed to students’ effective preparation, possibly aided by the inclusion of 40% Competency-Based Questions (CBQs) that emphasize practical knowledge and skills.

Results for CBSE 12th grade in 2024 show that girls outperformed boys by 6.40%.

Additionally, students can quickly access results.gov.in and digilocker.gov.in to view their results. Students will need to provide their roll number, school number, and admit card ID in order to view the results online.
The names of the top scorers in both the Class 10 and Class 12 board exams are kept confidential by CBSE. However, the board will disclose in its statement the number of candidates in each class, the pass rate, the results broken down by gender, and other pertinent information.
